    Ace Hotel Shoreditch

    The Brief

    Deciding it was time for a change, our client was eager to find a venue that offered something that little bit different from the norm that could still provide them with everything they needed for a successful party, estimating the attendance of around 70 guests.

    The Venue

    Looking around, we discovered the luxurious, boutique Ace Hotel in Shoreditch, which offered delightful views of London through glass-paneled walls across the rooms of the 7th floor, where the evening would be taking place.

    The Party

    As the party approached, the number of guests went beyond the client’s originally anticipated number, increasing to nearing 90! All attendees were welcomed onto the accomodating, sleek indoor-and-outdoor Terrace to enjoy reception, with the option to step outside, take in the fresh evening air and soak up the scenic city view beyond the glass.

    Dinner was served in the Britannia Room, where tastefully seasonal decorations had been arranged on each table and throughout the room, including thoughtful custom table centres created to match the branding of the company, which was very well received by the guests. Origami had been neatly placed around as part of the Hotel’s own novel Christmas theme, partnered with a beautifully crafted 5 foot origami Christmas tree that took centre stage.

    With the serving of dessert came another pleasing and delicious surprise to make the meal even more personable; A gorgeous powdered topping displaying the logo of the company was served on top of a delicious, warm, chocolate-y delight, further adding a meaningful touch to the evening for our client and her employees.

    Following dinner, guests were welcomed into the 100 Room which provided more stunning views spreading out across London, which served as a pretty backdrop to our DJ and dancefloor. Blue lights shon out from the disco, and teamed with the warm glow of city lights and intense winter sky they created a unique and memorable atmosphere for guests to ride as they enjoyed dancing to the music – a mixture of Christmas songs and present-time artists.

    The result was a perfect and heartwarming evening for all!
