    The Hop Exchange London Bridge

    The Brief

    Close to the office, all-inclusive, fun and a little bit different – this is what our client had asked us to make happen for them and their 145 guest Christmas party.

    The Venue

    Both grand and a touch quirky, The Hop Exchange situated at London Bridge was the decided venue, with the party to be hosted in the spacious entrance hall, providing an immediate welcome into the party!

    The Party

    Upon entering the front of the building, guests were greeted with a truly majestic rainfall of christmas lights that owned the reception area, along with various Christmas decorations, which they took in as they sipped their drinks. The rest of the room had been curtained off, laying in wait to be revealed later on.

    With our client very eager to maximize the dancing time, we kept reception relatively short. Now it was time to reveal the rest of the grand room that lay ahead! Atmospheric purple up-lights illuminated drapes of red fabric around the balconies, with each table adorned per client’s request with decorations that differed from one table to another, further creating a varied, engaging visual experience. Guests were given ample time to gradually take their seats and settle into the exciting dining area before dinner was officially announced and served.

    A lovely three-course meal was enjoyed by all, complimented by coffee and a food station consisting solely of scrumptious mince pies for guests to take advantage of!

    After dinner, guests were put in the dancing mood with an hour of live music while a photobooth set up provided bonding and fun between all as they celebrated the season with Christmas cocktails.

    A DJ then took over from the band and kept everyone bouncing until the clock struck 12, however the good times were far from over! Much to everyone’s delight, we had also organized to exclusively hire a club nearby. Carrying the party vibe into the night, guests danced their way toward the dawn!

    A fun and flamboyant party where our client and guests had a superb and memorable time.
