Winter Wonderland in Mayfair

The Brief

With intimacy and magic in mind, our team was tasked to transform the stunning Mirrored Danziger room at the Mayfair Hotel into a winter wonderland like no other.

The Party

Entering the beautiful reception in the Mayfair Hotel’s Atrium, guests would make their way towards the doors of The Danzinger. As the doors of room opened wide, guests were treated to a truly breathtaking winter wonderland scene. Snowflake gobos roamed the room, creating a realistic snow effect, complimented by an array of Christmas trees decorated with bright fairy lights and snow.
The exquisite tables were covered in a beautiful white linen, with white Christmas trees covered in tea lights and baubles, surrounded by a bed of gorgeous white roses. The silver bar for the event featured a mirrored effect which reflected the lighting, further adding to the stunning atmosphere of the event. Additionally, the white stage was complimented with a stunning glitter effect and a matching DJ booth. Our team also created an arch around the mirror photobooth which further added to the glitz of the event while being in keeping of the overall the theme. Detail was an essential part of this brief and everything was tied together beautifully and cohesively. Musically, the band and DJ kept the event full of energy the entire evening and the guests dancing well into the night.
