What’s included

Our packages include all-inclusive drinks (including house spirits!), allowing your guests to enjoy the evening within a set budget. Packages can either include a three course sit down meal, bowl food or buffet, it’s up to you!

Our Christmas package prices start from £105 +VAT per person, subject to date and minimum numbers.

I just wanted to say a big thank you for arranging a superb Octagon Party for us last Friday at the Four Seasons which I thought was the best we have done for many many years, a view echoed by everyone I have spoken to this morning in Weir House!

The venue, staff, standard of food and the quality of the disco and entertainment were all superb.

The DJ was BRILLIANT!!!! He played a great variety of music and all the staff said they have never seen a dance floor so packed at any of our group parties. He really did a fantastic job and no one didn’t get up and dance!!!

Please send him a huge thank you, he really did make our event great. He did a great job of playing the right songs during the awards which coincided with the actual awards e.g Michael Jackson award and he played MJ. Brilliant!!! The dance floor was packed to the very end.

Just wanted to thank you to you and the team for another fantastic party! A good time was had by all, I have received some really positive feedback. The room looked beautiful and food was delicious, I thought service was excellent too.

Another year done!

Thanks so much for making Friday night in to such a big success! Everyone loved the night and Tessa was very good. She was completely on it, very well briefed and she was such a big helper. We had a great time and would certainly use The May Fair again as a venue. The food went down really well – the Prawn starter was a hot favourite

The photo mirror was really good value and I’m surprised that it stayed printing with photo paper. Matt the Magician should have a job in our Finance team – he made cards appear and disappear with astonishing accuracy. No one stood a chance of working that out. It was really fun and we had a brilliant night.

What can I say – I don’t even know where to start! What an amazing night! Everyone had such fantastic night; starting from the pre-dinner drinks with the silhouette lady who was definitely the talk of the night, following on to dinner, with the wonderful singer! It was truly amazing.
