The Brief
A long-standing client approached us to plan their Christmas party. Unlike previous years, which featured sit-down events, they opted for a standing reception. However, the chosen venue presented a challenge, it wasn’t ideal for accommodating their guest numbers in this format. Our goal was to reimagine the space, ensuring it felt just right for the occasion.
Involvement
How did we deliver on the night?
The venue was transformed with an array of banqueting and soft furnishings, a dancefloor, stage, multiple food stations, casino tables, a photo booth, and interactive games. Upon entering the ballroom, guests were greeted by a 5-piece band and a professional DJ.
After the company speeches, the food stations and entertainment were opened, accompanied by canapés and bowl food service. Guests were thrilled by the abundance of entertainment and the variety of food! The band kept everyone dancing on the floor for the rest of the evening.
We successfully made the venue feel perfectly suited to the occasion, with the client declaring it their best Christmas party yet!
