To bring OMERS’ Santa’s Workshop vision to life, we completely transformed one of their office rooms into a festive Santa’s Grotto. The space was adorned with bespoke visual artwork, twinkling lights, and cosy holiday props to create a warm, immersive atmosphere.

At the centre of the grotto stood a gingerbread-inspired throne for Santa, surrounded by playful Christmas décor designed to enchant the children. Alongside the grotto, we organised a variety of engaging activities, including a soft play area, a professional Santa, a magician, and face painters, ensuring there was something magical for every child to enjoy.

The event began with a live magic show held in a separate upstairs room, bringing all the guests together to kick off the celebrations. Following the show, families made their way downstairs where the main activities were set up. Children had the chance to visit Santa one-on-one in the grotto to receive a gift and take photos, while the magician performed walk-around magic acts, keeping both children and adults entertained throughout. The atmosphere was filled with laughter, excitement, and festive cheer, making it a truly unforgettable event for OMERS and their guests.
