After a consultation with our client, we were on the hunt for 3 things ; a location close to their offices on Liverpool Street, something a little unusual for the 145 guests and a package that included everything from drinks to dancing.

The Uptown Events team set about their search, securing the beautiful Hop Exchange for the occasion, and planning the event in the main entrance for an instant connection.
With rainfall fairy lights, purple lighting and red drapes to set the mood, our team went above and beyond to deliver that “wow factor” for this Christmas extravaganza.
We worked closely with our client to deliver each element of this evening’s festivities – from table top flourishes to live music. As they were keen for plenty of dancing with a DJ, we held a shorter drinks reception and ushered our guests into a grand dining space with a spectacular 3 course meal, coffee and mince pie station.
Our client was keen to make the most of our services, so we even made an exclusive booking at a nightclub nearby for the after party to continue into the early hours.
