The Brief
After a consultation with Uptown Events, our client asked us to transform The Nobu Portman Square into a lavish Winter Wonderland themed celebration for their guests. Oozing with elegance, the hotel was chosen to set the stage for a WOW factor festive evening, and it did not disappoint.

The Party
The Nobu became the perfect venue to meet (and exceed) our clients expectations. Its flexible layout and neutral décor meant that The Nobu could be easily dressed to impress, whatever the theme.
As our guests entered the hotel’s main ballroom, they were met by the evening’s entertainment. 6 performers on podiums rising above the low fog covering the floor; an aerialist, contortionists and tree stilt walkers
The entire room was immersed in winter wonderland white, with Christmas trees strategically set up around the room and touches of fake snow.
Each of the tables were decorated with bespoke table centres, decorated with tealights, charger plates and Perspex chivari chairs. Every element of the design and delivery was carefully chosen to add to the magical atmosphere. The custom glossy marble bar, dancefloor, stage and DJ booth, along with the silver mirrored tabletops, all reflected the icy blue lighting and added depth to our curated environment.
After a delicious Nobu Christmas meal, we revealed a surprise Santa’s grotto, which included a photopod, giant sleigh and a vodka luge.
The live band played an incredible set list all night and the guests thoroughly enjoyed their end of year celebration.
