The Brief
After consultation with our client, they decided to hold a bespoke themed Christmas Party in London for 400 guests to enjoy a sit-down meal, drinks, and a disco. This event was postponed from the year before due to covid, so it was time to celebrate in style and make up for lost time!
Involvement
On the night…
Our guests were welcomed through the private entrance of the super boutique Londoner Hotel. Guided down the bronze staircase and into the pre-function area, they were greeted with unlimited sparkling wine, soft background music and even a photobooth to get those pre-party photos.
Understanding the logistics of an event this size, we then opened the doors into the main ballroom where we had 37 tables beautifully set for our guests, complete with festive table centres and personalised stationary.
The lighting at The Londoner is really second to none, so the Uptown Events very talented lighting technicians were able to connect into the venue’s lighting controls, creating a truly impressive display for our clients to really set the mood. Once the delicious meal was done, it was time to party!
The dancefloor was packed of the remainder of the evening, and it was certainly joy that was long overdue! What a success!
